A roastery that was born from a cup of nano-lot. That tiny cup was full of life and moments. The kind that appears only once and never again.
Bermito is built around the idea of capturing and experiencing the art of coffee.

Beans from the loud farms and the quiet mountain corners, carrying the essence of time. Travelled through experimental fermentations. A handful of coffee grounds, to speak golden tales.
We roast them with patience and precision. Small batches. Specific temperature.
Waiting for the first crack, the moment the bean reveals itself.
Some coffee gives us just a few kilos. Some disappear in days. And that’s what makes
them special. The beauty of being rare.
