Orders & Acceptance

• Orders are considered an offer to purchase
• Confirmation email ≠ acceptance
• Bermito reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud

Payments

• Payments are processed via PayU India (PCI-DSS compliant gateway)
• Accepted methods: UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Rupay, Amex), net banking, and wallets
• All prices in INR, inclusive of applicable taxes
• Cash on Delivery is not offered (roast-to-order model)
• Bermito does not store card or banking details
• Failed transactions are auto-refunded by the gateway within 5–7 working days

Intellectual Property
All website content (branding, design, images, text) belongs to Bermito and cannot be reused without permission.

User Accounts
Users are responsible for account security and activity. Bermito may suspend accounts for violations.

Limitation of Liability
Bermito is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the product value.

Force Majeure
Delays due to uncontrollable events (natural disasters, strikes, etc.) are not the responsibility of Bermito.
